Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support
- Held every 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month
- Time: 0830 – 1030 CDT/ 0930 – 1130 EDT
- Face-to-Face at the Montgomery Perry Hill Road and Clinical Video Telehealth (CVT)
Smoking Cessation
- Tuesdays via CVT
- Wednesday and Thursday via VA Video Connect (VVC)
- Monday – Friday via phone or Face-to-Face
- Monday and Wednesday via Face-to-Face
